Some of the readers of this blog have already read my sister’s post from Saturday. I’m posting it here, again, for me. I want to know where to find it easily, whenever I need to be reminded how insane our world was. Yes, I still question whether or not it’s me. It’s a long post, so I’ll keep mine short: What she said.

Hello Judy
No! it isn’t you!
The abusers are experts at transferring all responsibility on to those they abuse. It absolves them. Quiet a clever trick! The aftermath being…was it me?

Thanks ((Molly)) Sod to realize I need to be reminded, but grateful the reminders show up exactly when I need them.

Glad I could help. Most of the narcissistic stuff came from mulderfan. Those list make a difference in recognizing what we dealt with and still do. Sometimes a reminder keeps me grounded.

I still question that, about myself and the crazy whirlwind mental/psychological crap i went through. It still makes me wonder if I really WAS/AM crazy, after all. My X took great strides to make sure that would become my internal mantra. it still is, to a degree. some days are worse than others.

Yes. It’s why I like the list, to remind me of all the insanity, that I didn’t make it up, it really did change me. Even so, I’m working to learn knew habits and ways of living my life that are healthy. It helps to have the comparison though.
