Updating my gifts to myself list…
1. No eggs. So far so good.
2. Make sleep a priority. I’m more aware. Some days are better than others.
3. Don’t dismiss the inner voice. An ongoing adventure.

4. Publish my first paperback.
5. Enjoy and shut up. Yes, I’ll be explaining more about this one on the 5th.

Good list! I’m trying to work on my sleep also. I thought I was doing well, but I got one of those sleep tracking devices for Christmas (Jawbone Up24), and it’s shown me how badly I’m doing :p
