Do not forget to breathe…

Taking a moment to do a gut check.

Am I where I want to be?

No.

Am I looking in the direction I want to go?

Yes.

Am I taking steps in the direction I want to go?

Yes. Small, but steps nonetheless.

Is there anything I could be doing but am not?

Probably.

If I expected myself to be perfect, it would be a problem. I don’t, so it isn’t.

Breathe in. Breathe out.
