I’ve heard and disagreed with the often quoted “philosophy” that if you don’t love yourself you can’t love others. That always sat wrong with me. Jonathan addresses it, along with other things, in this 12-minute video.
He’s right: If you don’t love yourself, you can’t let other people love you because you don’t believe you’re worthy.
This is me, and I need to change this in my life.
