Proverbs 31:21 She is not afraid of the snow for her household : for all her household are clothed in scarlet.
This required a little homework. What difference does the color make?
Of all the links, Bible Hub appeared to be the most comprehensive:

Woman of Noble Character gave another perspective:
https://www.womanofnoblecharacter.com/clothe-your-family-in-scarlet/
From my perspective, without having all the background information:
She isn’t afraid of the snow because she’s ensured the whole household has everything they need, food, covering, oil/wood for warmth, etc.
Why add “clothed in scarlet”?
From a shallow point of view, scarlet is rich but it also looks like blood. In a religious frame, I think of (paraphrased) “though your sins be as scarlet, the blood of Jesus will make you white as snow.” It’s the blood of the lamb of Jesus Christ. She’s ensured every need, both physical and spiritual, has been provided.
Thanks for digging deeper and sharing with us. I love learning the meaning behind the verses.

Debbie Kay, over at Hope for the Brokenhearted, taught me the value of deep diving into the scriptures. I’m not nearly as good at is as she is, but I’m learning. 🙂
