Change

I’ve seen a popular meme circulating, asking what will be the first thing you do when things go back to normal? I want to ask a different question. We are enduring a life-changing experience. How do you want your life to change? I want to watch less television and read more books. I want to be more appreciative of the people who make my life better. I want to support local businesses more. I want to eat and sleep healthier, to help my body be healthier so I’m better able to do whatever God asks me to do. I want to learn to better use the food available to me and savor every bite. I want to choose what’s uplifting and brings joy more often. I want to more sincerely seek and build my relationship with God. I want to be more giving. I want to more intentionally seek to help others. I want to be better at sharing what God has given me. The world is changing. I want to make changes that align me closer to Jesus’ way. What do you hope to change?

  3. I’m with you, Judy!

  4. I want to waste less food. I want to be less selfish. I want to spend more time with my family. I want to get out of the house more and go more places.

    • Oooo I like those! I’m discovering what I really eat and making sure I have extra of that. I’m working to be more aware of what others around me need, though need to work harder. I appreciate time with family more. I also want to get out and enjoy the world more. These are awesome!

      • Awww, thanks Judy! 😀
I’m normally a homebody, but being quarantined has altered my perspective. Although going places is a hassle, it’s also a lot of fun, and I should do it more.

        • I also want to try more of the local restaurants.
