Updates, ear and writing

My ear is improving. I can’t always hear out of it, but I can sometimes. The pain is pretty much gone. Thanks God. The ear syringe has been the most useful, used every few days. The tree debris appears to be cleared. Yay!

I’ve been working on chapter 36 for weeks. It’s the second to last chapter in the book. It’s a long chapter, longer than I remember. It’s the final conflict. Is it strong enough?

Insecurity is running rampant.

I’ve learned how to make a single serving of pancakes, using Aunt Jemima Pancake mix (soy free). I wasn’t going to include anything about food, but then it’s a bit of an update too. I couldn’t not include something on food. It’s a bit silly and made me laugh.

I use coconut milk instead of water, which adds a bit of thickness and flavor.

Slowly but surely, I’m working to learn how to use what I have.

I’m thinking about writing a non-fiction book, “Working to Restore God’s Original Factory Settings.” Currently only an idea I’m mulling.

The clouds were so cool, the evening of this series of pictures.

  1. “Working to Restore God’s Original Factory Settings” is a great title!

    • Thank you! πŸ™‚

  2. I agree with Gayle it is a great title. Thanking God you are feeling better πŸ™‚ Tell that insecurity to get behind you, it’s just trying to steal your joy. For some reason, I want pancakes LOL πŸ™‚

    • Thanks. LOL! You’re right. Pancakes are yummy. πŸ˜‰

      • YES!!! They certainly are. I seem to be the only person in the house who gets excited about them though. Of course, that just means more for me πŸ™‚ I always have to half the recipe, if not I end up having to freeze a bunch of them. Hubby got me a waffle maker last year. I thought, what am I going to use that for BUT I found out I like waffles too πŸ™‚

        • I used to make a batch and freeze them, like Eggos! LOL! Until I discovered I could do a single serving. πŸ™‚
