What was something good in your week?

  1. This was great example of looking at life and focusing on the positive. In my Elf-help Worry book it mentions that INSTEAD of focusing on what we are worrying about, create a list of what is “good” in our lives, which makes us realize that life is not as challenging as we think. That’s exactly what you did, it was very nice.

    • Thanks. I enjoy “Good News Friday,” in part because I’m working on it all week, so every day I’m looking for something good to add to the list. πŸ™‚

      • What is “Good News Friday?” Do you mean that is what your post is about every Friday? GREAT IDEA!

        • It is. πŸ™‚

  2. πŸ™‚ I enjoyed BLT on yesterday as well…simple pleasures! πŸ™‚

    • Absolutely! πŸ˜‰

  3. It sounds like you had plenty of lovely in your week! I must admit, it’s hard to read because I’m watching calories and your desserts sound wonderful:). Good in my week–a few lbs. weight loss and gorgeous early autumn days.

    • I did, blessedly. Oops. Sorry about the temptation. I know it’s tough. Good for you for being strong and glad it’s paying off! September started with a cool breeze, this morning. It will hit 107, this afternoon, but rejoicing in that breeze reminding me cooler weather is coming. πŸ™‚

      • 107! Ouch. But yes, fall is in the air:).

        • πŸ™‚

  4. We had a wonderful walk on the Moors with the heather in full bloom. It was exhausting, actually, but I loved it. Many thanks for the follow, Judy. πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

    • It sounds beautiful. I’m looking forward to your posts. πŸ™‚
