The news is saying that we had a 100-year storm blow in, last night. It mostly hit the north valley. One rain gauge measured 3″ in an hour. To give some perspective, our annual rain fall is less than 8″. I turned off my computer and unplugged everything as soon as I heard the thunder. Here are some pictures:

^ The rain was coming down in sheets. I watched it move across the northern horizon from west to east.
