In one of my LOTR (Lord of the Rings) groups they posted a picture and quote. The name in the corner was middleearthquotations.tumblr… I think. I’m endeavoring to not violate copyrights. I did a quick search and found a whole bunch of different pictures with the quote attached.

I never thought of it this way before. I suppose because I always thought in terms of escaping, getting away. However, once I’d read it, I realized how often it actually happened. I also realized I prefer to face it head on rather than have it bite me from out of nowhere.
An update on my writing: I did better yesterday. It helped to recognize that Chapter 2 was really Chapter 4. I’m working on filling in and about a quarter of the way through the book.
