Gift List Singing

I want to clarify this for me, like I did for the first five on the list.

A meme has been going around FB that says 20 minutes of singing is good for you. I read an article that said that singing helps snoring. I want to feel better.

I enjoy singing with the radio. I want to start with singing at least one song a day.

  1. Love this! I’m a car singer. I especially like it when little kids in another car catch me belting one out and laugh hysterically at me 🙂 Double win!

    • Sometimes I sing on my walks, but usually it’s too early in the morning. 🙄 I’ve only recently started singing in the car.

How fun! I used to harness my dog and buckle her in the front seat. I’ve lost count of the number of times moms would point her out to their children. They’d point and wave. So fun.

My equine teacher advised dancing in your seat at stoplights. 😀

  2. I love to sing. I’m also an asthmatic. I think singing is good for you because it helps you breathe better. It helps you breathe more deeply and more naturally.

    • With my allergies, I can use all the help I can get in the breathing department. Glad I added it to the list.

  3. Car singing is awesome.

    • I’m learning. 🙂
