I sort of do this, but I want to make a more conscious effort to do this.
1. No eggs.
2. Make sleep a priority.
3. Don’t dismiss the inner voice.

Sleep a priority. Still struggling a little but doing better.
Following the inner voice. This is something I need for my writing, but it’s a real struggle. I decided making it one of my resolutions/goals/gifts requires I place it in the forefront of my mind.
As for Happy, I think I’m doing better at Happy as well.
You’re doing well on all these, and I know you’re doing great on the third one!! 🙂
Definitely listen to the inner voice. But the one that sounds more like a loving Jesus, not the one that sounds like the Old Testament God (angry most of the time; I know He was angry for good reasons, lol, but)….

I love it that you check back on your list so you can gauge where you think you are in your progress. For me lately, sleep has been awful, but I think I’m finally getting back to a more regular pattern. Listening to your inner voice is a really good one to have on the list. The more we learn how to do that, the more we begin to trust ourselves, and the more we trust ourselves, the stronger we get. You just had a very challenging year, so taking all the strength you can gather together into this new year is a good thing. 🙂
