This week is the week… in fact, I think today is the day… The book is almost ready… I’m scared silly… I’m happy with it, now. I endeavor to turn my life over to God… my trust is sadly lacking. I know God is there. God winks happen on a regular basis. I know I’m headed in the right direction. I’m still scared silly. This is my first venture like this on my own… I’m always terrified the first time I step onto a new path… it’s one thing to travel the path with no one watching, simply me endeavoring to make my way. It’s entirely different when I accept the responsibility to risk revealing myself to the world.
A quick follow up: Some of you will remember my frustration when I was told men don’t use the word scrumptious. This past month, Jimmy Thomas, businessman, wrote an article for “InD’Tale” magazine about healthy cooking tips. Yep, he used scrumptious. I’ve been chortling ever since. Validation comes in unexpected moments from unlooked for directions. God wink. 🙂
