The line that hit me between the eyes was this:
“Perhaps the hardest lesson to un-learn was that surviving was the wrong choice.”
How many times did I want to give up, but chose to keep trying anyway?
How many times have I punished myself for making that choice?
Overeating.
Not exercising.
Belittling myself.
sometimes it takes us many years to finally get to the point where we realize that we still have messages that we have to un-learn, and before we can begin believing in a different truth, first we have to identify the lies.
thanks for the link, and the mention … glad this one spoke to you

Unearthing those lies is sometimes a Herculean effort. Thanks for being one of my angels to help me find my way through the muck and the mire.
