Wet noodle

Yes, exactly how I’m feeling. Slept a good part of the day yesterday. Played in FB and Pinterest but struggled with being easily distracted. Brain is mush. Read a little. Tempted to sleep all day but knew if I did I wouldn’t sleep at night.

Today’s goal: Ease back into a schedule, preferably a schedule not as harried as the past month.

I think if I can manage to turn myself upright it will be a flash bang successful day.

As seen on FB from Icanhascheezburger:

  1. I’ve been doing a bit of the same … very productive day today, but have been on the verge of going off-schedule in a really big way, and I know that usually signals trouble … trying to minimize the damage, and make it as minor as possible … hope yours turns out to be short-lived, and temporary

    • Funnily enough, I woke up at 2am with story banging and crashing in my head. I finally decided to stop fighting it.

  2. Wet noodles just came through boiling water, I believe your past month was kind of like that. A time to rest is when the body rebuilds itself. Savor the rest.

    • I would if the voices in my head would shut up. πŸ™‚ George isn’t actually pushy, but to write his story I need to do a little research, and there I am awake. πŸ˜€

  3. Aw, that poor panda.

    • I’m guessing the panda is okay, though he may be a bit embarrassed for being caught in a compromising pose the middle of rolling off the slide. πŸ™‚
